1 - Log in to your WHMCS Administrative Panel, in the top menu, go to "Addon" and select "API WhatsApp":

2 - Choose the message you want to edit and click "Edit Message".

3 - You can also use the available tags to customize your message:

The tags are displayed at the end of the text editing box

And others. Each template displays the compatible tags

After editing the message, click "Save".
